Alaska Real Estate Licensing

• Be At Least 19 Years Of Age
  
• Be Working For Real Estate Broker Licensed In Alaska
  
• Pass The Alaska Real Estate Exam(S)
  
• Apply For Licensure Within Six (6) Months Of Passing Exam(S)
  
• Satisfactorily Complete 20 Classroom Hours Of Approved Real Estate Pre-Licensure Courses

• Under Indictment For Any Type Of Felony
  
• If Applicant Is A Convicted Felon, Must Have Served The Complete Sentence Before Applying
  
• Not In Compliance With Child Support Order

• Have Completed 24 Consecutive Months Within The Last 48 Months As A Licensed Salesperson
  
• Own A Real Estate Business Or Work As The Broker For A Partnership Or Corporation
  
• If Applicant Does Not Own Their Own Business They May Apply To Become An Associate Broker
  
• Pass The Appropriate Alaska Real Estate Exam
  
• Apply For Licensure Within Six (6) Months Of Passing The Exam
  
• Satisfactorily Complete Fifteen (15) Classroom Hours Of Approved Education Courses In Broker Training
