Now Stand Apart From Other Agents With a New Professional CNS Designation...
The Certified Neighborhood Specialist course is a professional designation that gives you the skills to research, gather, and use in-depth neighborhood information as a powerful tool when working with buyers and sellers.
This is the only course available that guides real estate agents step-by-step on how to become the most knowledgeable, trusted, and most referred real estate agent in any neighborhood. Nothing would stand in your way from using the CNS designation immediately after completing the course requirements.
So How Does the CNS Course Give You Clear Expertise Over Other Agents?
The Certified Neighborhood Specialist course allows you to confidently say things like, “This is a good neighborhood because…”, and back it up with facts!
The course not only gives you the strategy, but also explains it and provides the exact steps on how to implement it fast! For instance, you will learn how to:
Develop selling points far beyond just the house
Develop a comprehensive resource webpage for your neighborhood
Know about the area and issues associated with it, including the history of the community, its important selling points, overview of the schools, important developments, and other unique features of the neighborhood
Advertise your neighborhood expertise to the community
And much, much more
You’ll learn how to develop this powerful “storyline” for your neighborhood; no other agent will be able come close to your level knowledge about that neighborhood. Buyers and sellers will know within 30 seconds that you’re much different from most real estate agents!
