Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Requirements

The Real Estate Education Requirement For A Real Estate Salesperson License In Connecticut Is Now 60 Hours Of Real Estate Principles And Practices.

If The Applicant For A Real Estate Agent License Has Taken Some Or All Of The Educational Courses In Another State, Or Already Taken An Examination In Another State, Then Their Courses Might Be Accepted For Connecticut Real Estate Courses Or They Might Only Have To Take The Connecticut Portion Of The Real Estate Exams.

Connecticut Real Estate Broker Licensing Requirements

Those Applying For A Real Estate Broker License Need 120 Hours Of Specific Real Estate Classes. Before Applying For A Real Estate Broker License In Connecticut Applicants Need To Have Two Years Of Actively Holding A Connecticut Salesperson License.

If The Applicant For A Real Estate Agent License Has Taken Some Or All Of The Educational Courses In Another State, Or Already Taken An Examination In Another State, Then Their Courses Might Be Accepted For Connecticut Real Estate Courses Or They Might Only Have To Take The Connecticut Portion Of The Real Estate Exams.
