New York State requires a series courses designated R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, AQ-1, and National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) to become a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Assistant, Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, or Certified Residential Appraiser.
This is the fourth course in the sequence.
It is also approved for Continuing Education for Salespersons and Brokers.
All required materials are included in tuition. |
