Provide Proof Of Being Trustworthy With No Undischarged Court Judgments Against Them
Provide Signed Affidavits From Three Character References
Successfully Pass The Real State Exams
Either Apply For The License Within Six Months Of Passing The Examinations Or Else Retake The Exams
New Hampshire Real Estate License Renewal/Continuing Education Requirements
Real Estate Licenses In New Hampshire Are Issued For A Two Year Period And There Is A Six Month Grace Period From The Expiration Date In Which To Renew The License Without Having To Retake The Exams And Re-Qualify For The License. However, There Is A Penalty Fee For Not Renewing On Time.
Licensees Must Also Successfully Complete Nine Hours Of Approved Continuing Education Courses In Order To Renew Their License. Inactive Real Estate Agents Only Need Three Hours Of Approved Continuing Education Courses.
