About The Coach Carla Cross Coaching was created ‘in the trenches’ through Carla Cross’s experience as an award-winning agent, manager and coach for almost two decades. This coaching approach is proven to work in the real world. Our coaching programs include over $1000 of the systems Carla developed as a manager and test marketed over two decades. A Unique Approach to Reaching Goals and Removing Barriers Carla Cross brings to coaching a unique approach, foundationed in her background as a performing and teaching musician. A musician since age 4, she studied at the University of Oregon, ULCA, and the University of Vienna, earning a B. A. and an M. A. in music. She coached piano, flute, and music theory privately and in colleges for over 15 years. Carla understands how to coach others to reach their performance goals.
