This is the fast-start (or re-start) program you need to assure you not only survive in real estate—you achieve at a high level—very quickly. No fluff—just the expert guidance, up-to-date training, expert coaching, and proven concrete systems to assure you reach your goals—and create life-long success habits.

The program: In 12 forty-five minute sessions over 3 months, held via teleconference once a week, you’ll get the specific skills, systems, training and coaching proven critical for exceptional success. To assure you get the personal attention you deserve, the first session is a one-on-one with your real estate professional coach (we employ only coaches who are successful real estate agents and managers).
The program is three months in length, with one coaching call a week. It's very intensive (because we want our agents to not only make it in the business—we want them to thrive fast, even in this challenging market!).

What We Do In Each Session

During the first session, which is an individual one with your coach, you and your coach review information you have provided your coach in our “Preliminary Coaching” package. Your coach explores your goals, your challenges, and answers your questions.

In the team sessions: Your coach reviews your achievements for the week, and helps team members exchange successful strategies and provides motivation. Then your coach trains you in a critical success area, which is outlined in your Client Manual, and supported by one of your included mega-agent systems. Finally, you review the goals and specific business assignments for the next session. Every part of the program is highly and clearly defined, so you know what to expect every step of the way.
