Performance Accountability Coaching (PAC) is a group coaching program that increases agent productivity through skill development, activity standards, and accountability”.

Through group coaching, we provide the essential foundation of fundamental skills, attitudes, and self disciplines that guarantee success!

This program is ideal for new or inconsistent agents who are looking to dramatically increase their production.

This program is also highly effective for experienced agents who need to re-energize their careers or boost productivity. PAC coaching gives you the skills to thrive, not just survive, in today’s market place.

The Program



Designed for minimum demand on your busy schedule and maximum impact on your business, the program is conducted by correspondence and telephone.

One-hour coaching calls take place bi-weekly over a period of 6 months for a total of 22 power-packed sessions. Your coach will follow up with written Action Plans from each meeting and instructions for completing and submitting goal-specific tasks and exercises.

This group format will give you what it takes to become the Champion you want to be, and the small group size (10 agents or less) gives you the accountability you need to ensure that you reach your goals.
