Rich Levin's Success Corps Coaching is a one-on-one relationship between the Agent and his/her Coach. Coaching involves the development and mastering of habits, systems, structures, techniques and philosophies that take your career to the next level and beyond.
The coach refines your existing skills and habits, teaches you new ones, and helps you to focus on the most important tasks and priorities.
Your coach then leads you to maintain a level of organization that produces measurable results while improving your Quality of Life.
As with all of our coaching programs we start with a Soft Market Business Strategy Session to determine your needs. This is absolutely Free and there is no obligation.
Coaching causes you to understand the Real Estate business through the ten systems of Rich Levin's Hierarchy of Success. Together with a coach you'll identify the specific subsystems that are most relevant to your increased success, including: - Evaluate your strengths and weaknesses in each system and subsystem.
- Accurately, prioritize the systems for you to work on to achieve the results you desire.
- Guide, refine, and/or teach you the structures, skills, and tools to perfect your priority systems.
- Lead you to make the refined or new structures and skills habitual and permanent.
- Understanding and Learning how to succeed in a Soft Market
- Influence your thinking toward the attitude of a permanent winner through self-affirmation, and healthy thinking habits.
- Provide you with intelligent accountability and unconditional support from a person committed to your success in your business and in your life. This person, your Rich Levin's Success Corps Coach is supported by Rich and our team who are rigorously selected and trained to guide you while being consistent with Rich’s core values
THE STRUCTURE
The program consists of 3 half-hour one-on-one sessions per month via tele-phone with a coach. These sessions are conducted at a pre-arranged time to insure that you stay on track and focused through the session itself as well as your weekly goals and targets. We also provide support via phone and email throughout the entire program.
We suggest that you be prepared in a quiet place without interruptions and have access to the Internet so you can review your personal data in our online coaching charts.
