In the Executive Coaching Program, the communication process is streamlined by carefully pairing you with a STAR POWER®-trained Coach; before the coaching even begins an atmosphere of open communication is cultivated. It’s one of the guiding principles in our knowledge-sharing environment.
The framework is simple: you'll work with a coach that is most able to guide you in improving your business through an inside-out approach.
These partnerships generally continue for three to six months or longer, and you provide the topic of discussion for each call based upon the area of your business life that you want to address that day.
