The Process
  • Beginning with a pre-visit call, a plan is mapped out to decide on areas of focus and what needs to be accomplished during the visit. Through clearly communicating what is expected before, during and after the process, no time or energy is wasted during the consultation.

  • At this point we arrive onsite. We observe, interview the team, watch you in action, and inspect your business from top to bottom. Over the course of two or three days, we evaluate what areas are inhibiting business growth and what opportunities aren’t being maximized.
