Strategic Topics

Session 1: Vision

Strategy begins with vision and the first sessions helps you realize what it is. Beginning with the end in mind makes it easier to determine the important details and actions to make your vision become real.

Session 2: Positioning

Real estate agents are constantly bombarded by loan officers. Their mail slots are overfilled with flyers, they're hounded by loan officers willing to enter their office space, and they're schmoozed with special offerings - some ethical and some not so ethical.

How do you stand out and get noticed within this sea of competition? It's called positioning. Positioning is how you reach real estate agents in a crowded marketplace. In this session, Jeffrey works with you to determine what are your unique traits and will make agents notice you. It's the crux of your entire strategy.

Session 3: Objectives & Strategies

If you're coming to work everyday unsure what you should be doing, it's because you don't have clearly defined objectives and strategies. If you don't know where you're going, how will you know when you've arrived? In this session, Jeffrey helps you concentrate on the objectives and strategies most important to fulfilling your vision.

Session 4: Plans

What makes the One Page Marketing Strategy effective is you'll develop simple project plans to achieve your objectives and strategies. Unlike business plans filled with daunting goals that leave you paralyzed, the One Page Marketing Plan ends with action steps you follow to easily implement your ideas.
