In the past, marketing courses have dealt with marketing the seller’s property as opposed to marketing to the buyer. With buyer representation now in the mainstream of the real estate profession, this course addresses marketing for the buyer rep with the buyer’s interest in mind.

The course is broken down into nine modules that will help real estate salespeople:
  • Generate new marketing ideas while sharing ideas that work with other students
  • Identify the target market, who they are and where they are
  • Define the advantages of horizontal and vertical marketing
  • Determine effective marketing strategies
  • Position themselves in their marketplace to be viewed by consumers and other real estate professionals as an authority in buyer representation
  • Use the buyer counseling session to turn prospects into clients and also to eliminate the unmotivated, unqualified and uncommitted buyer
